Ordering
Double check the product in your shopping bag before you complete your purchase – we’re unable to modify or make edits once the order has been placed.
If you’d like to cancel, you’ll need to reach out to our customer service team during operating hours within 60 minutes of placing an order.
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information so you can follow along.
Stay up to date with tracking through the link provided in your email.
Upon receipt if you are missing an item in your order please email us with your order number and tracking ID, full name, email address associated with the order, and the missing item(s).
Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or make changes.
Returns

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the credit card used to purchase your item (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 business days.
