Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

After 30 days, we can’t offer a return option, and the product is yours to keep.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:

Email our customer service team at returns@p5performance.co with your order number (from your confirmation email) and the items you’d like to return.

Returns are subject to a $7 flat rate shipping fee, deducted from your refund once processed
Exchanges
The easiest way to make an exchange is to:

Return the original item following our return policy.

Place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will not be included.
